I read this in today's Financial Times An awkward silence descended as CEO of British Five TV Dawn Airey started her speech at the Cambridge television conference opening dinner, when she introduced boss Gerhard Zeiler, the RTL Group chief. In possibly the worst-taste joke of the year, she said the Austrian Mr Zeiler had wanted to bring his family but "he couldn't find the keys to the cellar".
