Just because Canon doest fix their old cameras doest mean everyone else in
the world is not going to fix them.
Canon is a camrea company they want to sell you a camera.
You want a repair go to someone in the camrea repair business.
There are a lot of decades old cameras in use and being fixed every day.
Sure they scavenge the parts from other cameras. They were doing that 50
years ago.
