Broke out the Elmar-C from the storage cabinet today.

Also solved a vexing problem-I was getting uneven development on some recent
rolls of b/w film, where a band at the bottom was more developed than a band
at the top. It was always on the horizontal, and only happened when I was
processing one roll of film in my two-roll tank.

Then it dawned on me: the reel was sliding around during agitation, and not
returning to the bottom position. As a result, the film was unevenly
immersed in developer/fixer. When I added a second empty reel on top (which
prevented any possible sliding), the problem was solved.
