Jeeeeeesh Lluis you better be able to run fast when you get this close 
shooting this kind of picture! Some guys might get a bit ticked off and want 
to smash you or your camera in case they happen to be married and are 
fooling around. :-(

OK now that I've given you a warning, remember take care no matter how quick 
it happens and how quick you shoot it. Always be ready to run in the event 
you are threatened.

Or as I did under a similar situation, only I wasn't threatened, he asked me 
not to use the photo because it wasn't his wife he was with on the cruise. I 
just took the roll of film out of the camera and threw it over board! Shook 
his hand said.... "No problem!"

During the time left on the cruise I never paid for anything as he quietly 
paid all my expense! Far better than he being really mad and throwing me 
over board.:-)

But your picture is very cool and well shot of a close encounter of the 
pleasurable kind! :-)
