Oh, you mean log your shots?  Hmm.  In the film days, I use to carry around 
a small voice recorder.  Now I just let the camera record the EXIF data and 
that is good enough for me.  Gives me shutter, but I don't get f-stop on my 
Leica R glass.  If I am experimenting I just write it down.
