I had the opportunity to take some photos with the M8 and 50/1.1 Nokton. 
This is one incredible lens for the price. If any of you have lusted for 
a Noctilux but could not afford it, I can highly recommend the Nokton. 
Here are some shots from it his weekend. About 15 of my 1968 high school 
graduating class try to get together each summer. We had an evening 
patio get-together this weekend in San Diego. I shot _most _of these at 
f/1.1, and I didn't tweak them other than using a green filter in 
Photoshop to increase the contrast on a few males.

They didn't need sharpening. This is a very sharp lens wide open.
