I use Costco or CVS for this purpose. Can't beat it.
Upload hundreds or thousands of images, wait an hour or two, and go get 
them. Costs about 17 US cents per 4x6 print.

If you have to do it with mail delivery, I second Sonny's recommendation of 
Shutterfly.
