Bob,

You just download the software end edit it.

There's a free one here: http://www.photo-freeware.net/quick-exif-editor.php

but if you google "EXIF editor" there are heaps, for all sorts of OSs.

I used one to anonymise some images when I did a survey for comparison
of image quality between two systems a while ago.
