Subject: [Leica] OT: Specialized Plastic Like Coating

Not camera related but I was hoping that some of our chemically minded
members may know when I might find a plastic-like coating product that I
could paint on or dip to apply to some copper rods that need this type of
protective surface.

Commercially this is the kind of product that is available that would fit
the bill but for small scale is not practical:

I need a product that is available in very small quantities, provides a
fairly thin plastic like protective layer that can withstand heat up to
about 140 degrees F.

TIA,

Greg Lorenzo
