I carry around a D40x every single day what varies is the lens I put in
front of it. Today and yesterday it's an old 28 AF 2.8 which is plastic,
cheap, small and most important, light.
Oh and sharp as the day is long.
I'm sure I could turn it over for 20 bucks.
I don't use a lens shade with it.
Nor filter of any kind of course.

I put a zoom on it its a big thing.

I put the 45mm 2.8 p on it its pocketable.
