The frames really are fairly cool for sharing snapshots.
Ann received one as a gift from her oldest son a couple xmases ago.
It's not on all the time, but when she wants to share her snaps it  
works well.

I'd highly recommend the suggested gift for your neighbor.
You simply update the little SD card (swap them out) when you have  
few new ones.
She could enjoy your photos 24/7; just as you enjoy her garden.
