I heard today that the strongest banks in the world are Canadian.

Now if things keep going this way, perhaps La Louisiane can return to
territory status, which will make us bound Canada.

Montana, a large part of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Missouri,
Oklahoma, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, the warm part of Minnesota, and of
course, all of Louisiana except the Cajun part, will all be free to bank in
Canada. Knowing the Cajuns, they will want to bind to Quebec.

It is time to end the U.S. Federal occupation of the Louisiana territory.
