George Lottermoser asks:

>>do you open it "from" PS
or
do you open it "to" PS "from" LR

in my experience
when I open "in" PS "from" LR
(using the Photo > Edit > PS
when I'm done editing in PS
it automatically sends the edit
back to LR as a new image file<<

In LR2 I right-click on the image and select 'Edit in PS CS3' (or
whatever that exact phrase is; I'm not at that computer right now).

btw, this raises a separate issue: PS CS3 does not seem to
automatically send the edited image back to LR2; rather, I need to go
back to LR2 and import it into LR2 to get it there. I gather this is
a known bug in LR2 that is being addressed.
