The buyer claims to not have received the package...... and wants his money
back....
Goes to his Credit Card and tells THEM he wants his money back.....

$100 no big deal, but it hurts,   $2500 and the answer is NFW.

It is called checks and balances... you must fight to get to keep your
sale......

I was not aware that a paypal payment could be reversed. How does thast
