They take them in to town to recharge them.   There is a possibility 
that one or two of the communities may get electricity soon, but my 
Honduran friend is worried that the local people would never be able 
to pay the bill for even a lightbulb or two and if they default on 
their electric bill, they could lose the houses that we're helping 
them build.  So it's a mixed blessing.  Yes, I can deliver used cell 
phones to Honduras.
