The State of Texas has put out a request for proposal for photography services for historical sites. Here's the link - http://esbd.cpa.state.tx.us/bid_show.cfm?bidid=77704. We do a lot of state proposals so if anyone is interested I'd be glad to talk them through it. I don't have the quals (rank amateur here). However, I'd love to be a helper on a project like this.
