No.  An Asian Company purchased both and then "arranged" a merger...... in
which Hasselblad's name remained and Imacon's management won out.  The
Swedes are totally in the minority.

Hasselblad is now run by Danes and owned by Asians....

BTW, I have forgotten who bought them or the country of owners.... Hong
Kong?  Taiwan?  Singapore?

I thought they bought Imacon?

Kodak sensors, Fuji lenses, Swedish and Chinese owners. And they are banging

out cameras every year.
