I use a Pentax threadmount 17mm fisheye on the Leicina Pentax->M 
mount, and a door viewer masked off and epoxied to a shoe. Works 
great.

Before I found the (fairly rare) Leicina adapter at a good price I 
used some adapter rings I have; a Pentax made Pentax->LTM adapter, 
LTM->M adapter and a Kilfitt made Pentax thread extension that only 
needed about 0.5mm of thinning to make the whole thing focus 
correctly.
