Hi Philfo, seems like you're having fun and exposing film. What can go
wrong??
I had to go on line to find out what this critter looks like. Quite a
pugnacious little thing.

Cheers

These are all test shots I took last night and earlier today with the
Diax IIa. Lenses are Schneider Tele-Xenar 90mm f/3.5 and Isco-Gottingen
Isconar 50mm f/3.5. The Schneider lens is in fantastic condition
with just a few find coating marks while the Isco lens has numerous
coating marks and a bit of haze, lending to its low contrast and
flare. Film used is Fuji NPH 400. These images have not been adjusted
for color or sharpness though I did apply a very small amount of
despeckling filtration to remove the noise from the shadows. I
didn't enhance them at all in order to demonstrate the bare
characteristics of the lenses. Most of the exposure info I wrote down
for post processing notes, but I missed one or two.

Walnut and 22nd street sign. I took this to check how this lens flares.
The sun is just out of the frame and there is very little flare in just
the bottom of the image. The image still has good contrast, so it looks
like the lens is pretty well corected. Tele-Xenar 90mm @ f/ 11

Taken to check both close-up RF accuracy and the bokeh of this lens
(though stopping down doesn't really allow the latter to really be
shown. It was pretty bright today. Tele-Xenar 90mm @ f/8
