Since it is impossible for the marching ants to move out of the circle... I don't see anything.....but we are looking at a sized down and jpeg version.... You can make just about anything look good in a 800x533 version... they can be way out of focus and they still look good with slight unsharp mask Also it looks like a lot more than a 500% crop to me In relative terms.... the crop is 31 x 22 pixels of the original is 800 x 533... So that's like magnifying it over 25 X (800/31=25.8) It also appears that the crop was slightly rotated... and that would mask some of the artifacts as well since you lose some sharpness in that process...
