I'm pretty much pain free at this point although late in the day and
on PT days I get sore. I'm promised that will become more-so now that
I can really start pushing the envelope on the shoulder.

I don't have full range of motion but it's gaining every week - an
incentive to work hard on my PT.

The hardware is inside the bone and there forever. The idea of surgery
to remove it literally makes my skin crawl. The Dr. gave me the
brochure for the system he used - it's neat stuff. "Now you can do
your own under a local," he said jokingly (I hope). More Dr. humor.
<grin>

Jan is doing fine. She has the remenets of a nasty contusion on her
left shin but that is almost gone. Her scalp laceration has healed
wonderfully. Both of us seem to heal like young dogs. Maybe
middle-aged dogs.

Thank you for asking.

Adam
