Right - and, to be fare, an additional two years of warranty as well  
as any other improvements found in the latest version of the camera  
being produced. If you price the extended warranty costs on other  
$4-5K items like computers, etc. It may not be all that out of line  
for those who love the camera and expect it to perform at top level  
for the next half decade.
