I just received the announcement from Leica about the M8 upgrades 
that are coming. 'Upgrade certificates' may be ordered starting March 
to reserve your place in the upgrade line-up, but the actual upgrades 
won't be started until August. Upgrades are as per yesterday's 
discussion.

I assume that this confirms that there won't be an M9 at Photokina.

Also, new firmware 1.201 will be available starting Friday. White 
Balance is mentioned as being improved.
