Haven't dealed myself with them, but read several feedbacks. Sounds like 
russian roulette. If the camera is good, you're fine. If something's wrong, 
and this seems to happen quite often especially with "refurb" stuff, their 
customer's service is said to be slow and uncommunicative  (others described 
it less friendly as "nightmare").
