Just ordered a copy.

Jim, many thanks for the effort of putting this together. I realise that
it's all template driven, but it still requires effort on your part.

Also, for those of us in Europe, Blurb's shipping charges are now much more
reasonable. Last year it would have cost as much to ship the book as the
book itself cost, this year it's a much cheaper $13.44.
