The Leica DNG files don't change at all if you use Adobe DNG convertor on
them.

 From Adobe:

NG Native Cameras

The following cameras can natively capture DNG-format raw files, and
therefore are compatible with Camera Raw versions 2.4 and greater.
Hasselblad
H2D
Leica
Digital-Modul-R
M8
Pentax
K10D
Ricoh
GR Digital
GR Digital II
Samsung
Pro 815
