I just found a lens cap for the older 19mm R lens.  This is the one that
is the size of a small dinner plate and has the two cut-outs on the side
for it to lock on the lens, labeled as the 14221 cap.

Adorama has a used one for $30.00.

I'll take $20.00 for mine plus shipping.
