And washed my hands before I touched my keyboard. Mark William Rabiner ----------------------------------------------------------------- Apple only represents 5% of the computer market. Therefore, few troublemakers find the Mac worth the effort to subvert. Besides, Apple is always updating System X with anti-virus files. As does MS from W2K Pro to Vista. I always have a Mac on deck, but seldom use it, except for backup when my PC needs some offline work -- which is now very rare with W2K Pro. System X will make a real mess of any Mac model if you fool with their hard drive installation and mix it up with a reinstall of the OS simultaneouslyB. MS always has workarounds most problems. Jobs was so confident of his modification of UNIX that he neglected the worse case scenarios. If you use a Mac, leave it alone. That's my personal rule. In any case, if I can find a G4 Mac Mini used at a low enough price, I'd get it. The new Mac Mini will be running Intel's Penryn 45nm chipset, related to the PC type, so the Mini will be able to run Windows as well as System X very , very fast. Sometimes I think Jobs is a genius. Jobs knows he's a genius. Bob ************************************** Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL at http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour
