Mark, a bit over reactive, but point well taken.
Having shot in "harms way" on many occasion,
I can tell you that a required prerequisite (military
or civilian) is total insanity...you can call it "guts"
if you want to! ;-)

READ IT! Has anybody?
And here we sit around a couple of us talking about some images appearing
low contrast as we see them here?
I'm sure someone somewhere before they appeared in the paper adjusted the
contrast who cares! If they're muddy someone will hose them off!! Maybe this
photographer guy is not the greatest post processor I don't care he's got
the guts to go to Iraq I don't!

The camera gets PUSHED ON PURPOSE OFF A TABLE AND LANDS FOUR FEET ONTO A
MARBLE FLOOR AND STILL WORKS!!!

Here this guy is dodging bullets with a Leica M8 who cares if he's not the
greatest photographer in the whole world or none of the shots are super
Nachtwey grabbers!

We have a viable camera here out there working in the trenches!

LEICA HAS MADE IT TO THE DIGITAL AGE!!

Two years ago Leica was being talked about by everyone in the past tense.
