FYI, several years ago I had occasion to represent a highly reputable
camera dealer who sold an expensive camera to a young woman who paid by
P**P*l. About a week after she received it she filed a complaint with
said P**P*l, alleging the camera was not as represented.

Whoosh.

The money was sucked right back out of my client's account.

I was able to get (most) of the money back, but it was because I was
able to go directly after the young woman and we retrieved it from her.
Trying to get it out of the payment service would have been a long, very
costly and not necessarily successful adventure.

And in that case postal insurance would have done no good because the
package was in fact delivered and received.

Moral: be very careful out there.
