I picked it up some years ago to have for stuff I needed quickly. The  
Optio 450 is tiny, a metal body about the size of a pack of  
cigarettes and with a 5X zoom. The 4 megapixels is enough for a  
reasonable print if need be. It was smaller than a flash, so I could  
throw it in the Leica bag to shoot stupid grip & grins that needed  
flash. As you can see, it focuses WAY close.

It's what I use for almost all of my flower stuff.
