I have not yet succeeded in finding an SD card that does *not* work in my M8.
I'm not going to put huge amounts of money into this experiment, but it's 
interesting. I started by trying all of the SD cards that I had lying around 
from use in other cameras, including the 16MB card that came with my Digilux 
II.

The M8 cannot *format* every card, but so far I've found that it can *use* 
every card once formatted somewhere.
