Whatever > doesn't fit on the plate goes in the freezer for another meal!<<< Well she's onto that kind of thing of late. Lot's of little plates OK. But I swear she's freezing food for the recent arrival of a great grand daughter! :-) Now that's scary!!! My reaction to this wonderful event? ....... "I'm not old enough to be a Great Grand Father even if some of our 10 grand children are old enough to create children!" :-) >> I think it's working and we're retraining our appetites to our aging >> bodies which always require less food, more exercise and more sleep!<<<< To some degree I think I'm winning the battle of the food on plate to some degree......"please smaller portions!" And there's a tendency for this to happen. The exercise? Well I have that well in hand and work out for a minimum of an hour three mornings a week at 7 a.m. Of course the fact I have this beautiful personal trainer, sorry she is just drop dead beautiful and when says give me 5 more, I always try to comply! ;-) And I'd like to say in my defence as a 78 year old I'm doing a damn fine job! ;-) eat your hearts out! ;-) The sleep part? Well I'm usually up between 5 and 5.30 a.m. and if that means "older folks" need more sleep I'd like to know what went wrong here. On a few occasions I make it to 5.50 a.m.. >> (My husband would include more sex in that list but I'm trying to retrain >> him, too)> ;-) Oh jeeeeeesh don't be a spoil sport! Go for it!!! :-) Beats the hell out of playing cards or dominos! ;-) ted
