I was thinking that Steve found some lovely light to make this much more 
than a grab shot. I could just imagine a small pointed tail
and horns on the person in dark clothing, too.

That's a Long Legged Tightbutter. Very rare. And very hard to catch. :-)
But what actually makes the shot, is the combination with the  
Shortlegged Filosophica behind it, IMO.
