Now Hoppy's post qualifies as  a press release from the Bush White 
House."Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Clause and we are close to victory 
in.....   Iran, I mean Afghanistan, or did I mean  Iraq or maybe Britain 
or most likely ummm....Arkansas???? Anyway, we'll win somewhere and 
don't forget to buy a Noctilooney." :-P
