Focus on a specified point on a ruler, at 45 degrees, you'll find out whether the lens is focusing: on, in front, or in back of the point of focus. You must lock it down. Attempting focus tests without locking everything down is pure folly. One of the many things I love about digital - the ease and quickness of performing these sorts of tests. The instant feedback is a delight. Regards, George Lottermoser george@imagist.com On Feb 19, 2007, at 4:51 PM, Jeffery Smith wrote: > I've had some focusing issues with my 75 'Lux as well.
