Here's another YouTube video that is 10 minutes long (gigantic by youtube
standards) and that shows it being done with an inkjet ("giclee") print,
starting with the application of the overgloss. This guy makes his own
stretchers, which is rather macho.

Here's another long one (also 10 minutes) that is probably the best one I've
found. It's a video of Michael Bell teaching a room full of people how to
stretch a canvas.

Note that when you print on canvas you need to leave 2-inch bleeds for the
stretcher.
