I NEVER use a camera without a strap. I have felt or moleskin on the top of
the handle, so it can be tightened without scratching, and I wrap the
neckstrap around my wrist.  Sometimes I get it just right, where the camera
hangs against my fingers and I don't have to grip it until I see a picture.
