I posted this a couple of times already:

Heliopan is a preferable way to go if you can stand ordering from
Europe. The 60mm filter (UV/IR cut, #8025) is about $90US. Shipping
would run around $25; not much more if you order a couple. You could
get them in about 10 days anywhere, as long as the
factory/distributor has them in stock. Quality is certainly on par
with B+W, and they fit with the lens hood.

Prices (approx.) for other sizes:

39mm - $55
46mm - $60
55mm - $85
77mm - $150

I've bought Heliopan before, and won't get B+W unless I need one
immediately and my store has them in stock. They hardly ever have
Heliopan in stock.

For me ordering from a foreign country is no big deal. I often order
from the US.

BTW, I just received mine. Final cost for 77mm, 46mm and 39mm
including postage and everything was $350 Canadian. A total of 9 days
from the time I ordered them.
