Lightroom is my current workflow tool for all photo stuff (Raw, JPEG, Tiff
Scan).  

Yes, its got things I don't like (and I'm going to be working on fixing
them) but it really has the tools to be productive and get the results you
want.  And this from someone who spent the last several years working on the
Bridge and just finished redesigning ACR for CS3.
