This morning I saw an email from a LUG lurker asking why he was told he 
didn't have permission to post. I must have fatfingered it, because just now 
when I went to answer, I couldn't find the message.

To whomever sent that message: please email me again. Sorry.
To everyone: if you are told you don't have permission to post, it means 
that you are trying to post from an address that is different from the one 
that is subscribed. If you've been subscribed for a long time, perhaps your 
ISP has been bought or has changed its name.
