The wayward secondary name server has been updated, and as soon as the
negative cacheing times out (typically 3600 seconds from the last time it
told you it couldn't find it) it ought to work everywhere. If you're still
running a version of Windows prior to Windows XP, such as ME or 98 or 95,
you'll have to reboot to get it to try again after it's been told that the
name doesn't exist. (But if you're still running such a version, you have a
lot of practice at rebooting and shouldn't mind.)
