In the beginning, i.e. now, I think that all pictures are OK but it would be 
best to have recent photos. I think that the really top photographers on the 
LUG are more gracious than to try to finesse the contest by entering their 
past prize-winning work.

Once things get rolling and there are actually submissions each month, it 
might work to tighten the rules.
