The best Atlanta has to offer was Longhorn Steakhouse in their original location used to have snow in July parties on Peachtree St. which was pretty fun watching the cars come to a complete stop and the occupants stare at the snow. I must admit that this was set dressing. They are shooting a Christmas movie here, and it was in the near eighties there. The snow on the ground was cellulose, and the falling snow was an effect called safe-storm, kind of a micro bubble machine.
