[Leica] I just acquired a Focomat IIc with 100mm Focotoar-II

I've hit a roadblock.

The seller is getting cold feet, thinking it is too complex to pack the
beast.

Does anyone live in Rome Georgia, who could be courageous enough to pack and
ship the enlarger?

I have gone "over the edge".

I need advice, the Focomat IIc is in the USA and not packed yet.

How does one prepare this beast for shipping?  Are there simple instructions
on preparing it for shipping to Canada?  The enlarger is in Rome, Georgia.
Do any of you live there, and can help the current owner?

Are there differences between the black and gray IIc's, as far as lenses,
accessories, etc?
