My M7 goes with me most places and I still have a lot invested in Leicas with an M3, M4, 4 M6's, an R4, R6.2, and R8 with dozens of M and R lenses. I just hate to see Leica prostitute themselves for the "cameras as jewelry" crowd. I'd much rather seem them go after the photojournalist crowd that they used to appeal to, but you're right - most photojournalists have abandoned film for digital because of the workflow.
