My paper had a 4x5 Speed Graphic with a war surplus Aero Ektar mounted
on a lensboard. It was only used in situations where flash was
inconvenient or prohibited. The f 2.5 speed came in handy as compared
to the f4.5 speed of the Speed Graphic's normal Wollensack or Ektar
lenses. Never had a problem with radioactivity since the sheet film was
only in the camera for a minute or so. Man, the camera was heavy.
