The realities....

35 PRE ASPH Lux..... $800+
35 PRE ASPH Cron....$800+

35 ASPH Lux....  $1500
35 ASPH Cron....$ !000

But, there is no F1.4 place on the Crons.....   If you are running out of 
light, there is no substitute for the speed of the lens.

My vote....?  If I had the $$$ I would own the ASPH Lux.  #2 choice is the 
PRE ASPH Lux..

I own or have owned all of these lenses.......  The PRE ASPH Lux is a tiny 
lens.  Another  point in its favor....
