Subject: [Leica] What's the Best All-Around 50?

When I posted this thread, it was simply out of curiosity. My gut feeling 
was that the 50/2 Summicron would be the winner. But I had no idea how many 
folks had the new 50/1.4 Summilux Asph. And some of those people referred me 
to images taken with the new 50/1.4, and it is a hell of a lens for sure.

I didn't think that the thread would go a bit sour, but one can never tell. 
Whatever the case, thanks to those who replied with their opinions.
