In September, Morgan City Louisiana was asked to make space for temporary
housing for
Katrina victims. Finally in January, Construction began on a site about
a mile out of town on a coastal Lake.

The lease term is 18 months, and they are finishing additions to the water
mains this week to service the site, so the occupants can move in. When
the
contract is over, Fema will restore the land to original use. Remember
when
 Katrina hit?

Take a look.
